- Access is limited to your registered party. Additional guests require Aziza’s permission and must present identification.
- We request arrival at the Riad by 9pm unless flights are unavoidably delayed or special arrangements made.
- Complimentary dinner is provided for your group on your first night (or alternative night for late arrivals).
- Daily breakfast is included, featuring homemade yogurt, muesli, eggs, fruit, bread, and coffee or tea.
- Additional meals are available upon request: lunch (150 MAD per adult) and dinner (200 MAD per adult, children under 15 exempt). Please discuss with Aziza in the morning.
- Seasonal dining locations include the terrace, courtyard, or fireside in the salon.
- Daily housekeeping service with sheet changes every 4-5 days.
- Complimentary laundry and ironing service available.
- Fibre WiFi and printer access provided (we kindly request no film downloads).
- Complimentary bottled water, tea, and coffee.
- Guest refrigerator available for personal food / drinks, with a second refrigerator on the terrace.
- Towels, bathrobes, and hairdryers provided.
- Safe available in Bedroom 1.
- Cot available upon request.
- Please use air conditioning conservatively as electricity is costly.
- European 2-pin electrical outlets (adapters recommended).
- The local mosque’s call to prayer begins early (approximately 6:30am). Earplugs are recommended for light sleepers.
- Morning walks with Mbarek (5-6km, approximately one hour) are available for those interested in exploring less-visited areas.
- In-house massage services available with our masseuse Hannan (300-350 MAD for 60 minutes). Pedicures also available.
- Local grocery shops nearby. Two supermarkets in the area – one within 15 minutes’ walk (no alcohol) and another in Gueliz offering wine and beer.
- Local shared taxis accommodate maximum 3 passengers. For restaurant dinners beyond walking distance, Aziza can arrange transportation.
- ATMs and currency exchange widely available.
- Local physician: Dr. Chabi (French-trained). Aziza can accompany you if needed.
- 20% TVA (VAT) is included in your rental payment.
